  • 50 g oats
  • 350 ml cashew nut milk
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tbsp cacao nibs
  • fresh fruit of your choice


  1. Add the oats and milk into a saucepan and bring the boil
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer until just under your desired consistency
  3. Stir in the coconut and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes
  4. Drizzle the maple syrup over and sprinkle in the cacao nibs
  5. Add fresh fruit of your choice
